Don't get me wrong, I'm one of the most pro-gun people on this board. However, if someone already has the drop on you to the point they're mugging you, pulling a gun is only going to get you hurt. Or even worse, if they're strong arming you without a weapon, and you pull a gun, you're going to become an even bigger criminal in the court's eyes than anyone.

Trust me I live in one of the most gun happy states in this country, I would have played nice, but as soon as this piece of shit turned his back on me, I would have had all of my shit back. I don't play with people. There has been exactly 2 times where I felt pulling my 45 in public was needed, and this would have been 3. If he had the drop on me cool, but he thinks he got what he wanted,and is going to try and get away, that would have been his worst mistake ever. I wouldn't kill the guy at all, but i would have seriously injured the man.

Yeah its bullshit. Women act like they want you to be honest with them but when you are they just get mad. They just want to be told exactly what they want to hear under the guise of honesty.

Fuck shitty DIY people. I'm installing GFI's in my whole 3rd floor bathrooms, and my hot and neutral wires are switched. Turns out, in one outlet the dipshit switched the in-out wires, so EVERY outlet after that was hot-neutral switched...then he figured that out, so he opened up all the outlets and swapped the wires, so all through the floor the white and black wires are switched.

I don't take shortcuts and don't fuck around with home improvement...I disassembled every fucking outlet and wired them correctly. Black is hot, white is neutral, all register correctly on my outlet tester. Fucking hour of wasted time.

My work day today:

ERAS (the national residency application program) opens today, and I am to run the institutional hub for all departments. There is no training, no support, no testing, no instructions, and the people that did this before were retarded. I've waded through the swamp of installing it, but it's not working right for sure. I am getting a million phone calls about this today...

...I also manage a DB called NewInnovations, they decided to roll out a major overhaul today. Being that there are 80 coordinators, all of with the average computer skills of a Sarah Palin mom, they'll see this new interface (which is much better) and flip out and call me.

Oh, and it's the first of the month. Meaning meal money gets distributed to all the residents and fellows, meaning most of them will call me complaining it wasn't enough or some shit (it's the same every month, they call thinking they can bully me into more money.)

And we have our 2.5 hour staff meeting today.

I WILL hang myself by the end of the day.
